Ingredients
- 170 g butter
- 170 g sugar
- 1 big egg
- 150 g oats
- 1,5 tablespoons milk
- 1,5 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 190 g flour, sieved
- 1,5 tablespoons cacao powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 260 g dark chocolate
- 260 g milk chocolate
Method
Step 1
Blend the butter and the sugar with a handheld mixer until smooth and fluffy.
Step 2
Add the egg, oats, milk and vanilla and mix well.
Step 3
Add the flour, cacao and baking powder and mix further.
Step 4
Cut the chocolate into pieces and add them into the mixture.
Step 5
Get a bit of the mixture at a time and form the cookies, around 10cm in diameter. Place them on a baking dish lined with baking paper.
Step 6
Bake them for 15 min in a preheated oven at 180 ÂșC.
Step 7
Allow them to cool down on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a baking rack for further cooling.
