Ingredients
- 6 -7 medium apples
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 cups (400gr) flour
- 20 gr baking powder
- 2 cups (400gr) sugar
- 1 cup (240 ml) sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
Step 1
Peel off the apples and slice them into cubes.
Step 2
Whip the eggs with the water and the sugar.
Step 3
Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, oil and mix further.
Step 4
Finally add the cubed apples and mix well.
Step 5
Butter a baking dish, ca. 32 x 35 cm (32cm in diameter if round) and pour in the mixture.
Step 6
Bake the cake in preheated oven for around 30 to 35 minutes at 180 ºC (air) or 200 ºC (conventional).
